Feng Shui & Why it Works
Feng Shui is Mandarin Chinese for Wind and Water. Since the language is very simple, interpreted
it means energy or chi or life force. Your Life Force.
Over the last 3 years, through studies with my Sifu, Peter Leung, who teaches his students about
Chinese Metaphysics, I become very interested in more than the usual applications of feng shui. I have
dropped into depths of the mind, body, and environment that I never thought was possible. In short I have
validated that “ You are your own Feng Shui.”
Our environment has a huge effect upon our behavior. It affects our life whether we are aware of it or not.
You attract, by the law of attraction, what you are putting out through your energy in the way of your talk,
your clothes, your home, your car, etc, etc, etc. In order to change this energy, and attract those things you
want, you must change your thoughts as well as your environment. (Sometimes, however, bad things are
just destined to happen to good people, and feng shui helps you to understand how to withstand the
effects. Feng Shui is not a cure all for happiness but a way of living to help achieve a peaceful thought
pattern and home, no matter what curve balls are thrown at you.)
People ask me all the time, “What do you mean when you say energy?”
Energy is what you have or don’t have when you wake up in the morning. It is what takes us through the day. It is what serves us to help make you more productive, whether it is food, music, comfy chair, or another person. It is the energetic field, vibration field, or aura field around every living and inanimate object. Some things in our environment make us feel healthier and more productive, while other things literally suck our energy.
As I developed my Feng Shui ability, I noticed that the first skill I needed to perfect was the power of
observation and awareness. I had to hone my body to tune into every energy in a room. My mind and body
learned to quickly scan my environment and hone on those things not in keeping with my energy field. I call
what I do, Quantum Feng Shui. Quantum meaning taking a jump into the inner working of the mind and
feelings. Trusting my inner voice, feelings, or vibes to quickly pinpoint energy or objects, which could be a
disruption to the harmony of the body, mind, and spirit. It takes practice to learn to do this.
Not being of a scientific background, I have had to study, read, and research my own studies into Metaphysics and Physics. I realized that what I was looking at was actually quantum physics where many forms of energy are subdivided in smaller increments. Physics, according to Webster, is the study of a natural science dealing with matter and energy and its interaction in the fields of mechanics, sound, optics, heat, electricity, magnetism, radiation, atomic structure and nuclear phenomena, thus dealing with interaction of energy and the effect upon the human body. Metaphysics is a division of philosophy that deals in ontology, which is concerned with nature and relations of being, and Cosmology, which is a system that deals with the universe in an orderly system, thus Flying Stars Feng Shui. It deals with origin, structure, and space-time relationship of the universe. In my opinion, Metaphysics, essentially, becomes the energy of the earth and the human body, which interacts together in an orderly manner. That which basically cannot be seen. Philosophy is the pursuit of wisdom. A search for greater understanding by speculative and observation means. Understanding the workings of life’s purpose—The Tao. In essence, Feng Shui is the art of placement, which deals with our interaction within our environment. Semantics are the only thing in my opinion, separating, physics, metaphysics, and Feng Shui. Quantum Feng shui, helps you to tune into the inner mind and understand the vibrations and energy around
us and realign us with those frequencies. As we clear and reconstruct positive energy in our environment,
the outcome is a more positive healthy content life, no matter what destiny throws at us.
